Delivery policy

Orders received on weekdays up to 2pm GMT will be processed for dispatch on the same working day, or within 2-4 working days. Normally all products are on our website, should your order be delayed in any way, we will contact you directly to inform you of this delay. Note: for TENS Machines please allow 3 working days for dispatch.

Order processing may take longer during busy periods, such as Bank Holidays, Christmas and Black Friday.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse it will be delivered, in most cases, the next working day. International orders are subject to normal postal timeframes. Please also note that a signature is required upon delivery.

 

Postal Delivery

We send all postal orders via An Post Parcel Post; in discreet packaging.  You can track your order online at An Post for €6,50 or free for orders over €60.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, you can collect your package at the nearest An Post Depot.

 

International Deliveries

We send all international orders via An Post Parcel Service, please contact us orders@citypharmacy.ie or Tel: + 353 1 6704523 with your request and we will give you a quote for expected shipping cost.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery then an information slip will be left at the address with details of how you can collect your package.

Europe 4-8 Days, USA 6-8 Days, Cost €14.99

America 6-10 Days, Cost €24.99

Australia 6-10 Days, Cost €29.99

Rest of World 7-12 Days, Cost €29.99
