Returns/Exchange/Refund Policy

Should you wish to return an item(s) we will be happy to refund or exchange any item if you return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item to your nominated address, and is accompanied by the original sales receipt.  Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.  All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

RETURNS BY POST 

Please make sure we receive your returned items, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.

If you return your purchase after this period but within 28 days, you will be refunded with a City Pharmacy E-Voucher to the value of the returned items.

Until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.

RETURNING TO CITY PHARMACY STORE

Please bring the items you wish to return to City Pharmacy, within 14 days from the day you receive them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method.

Should you  wish to return an item(s) after 14 days but within 28 days, you may exchange the item for other merchandise or a City Pharmacy Gift Voucher to the value of the returned items.

You can also return the item in store, just show your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.  We will refund to the credit card which was used to purchase item(s) through our website using the secure online payment method, please allow 5 working days for this transaction.

City Pharmacy uses Healthwoosh to enable patients to Pre-Register for the Covid 19 Vaccine at Centric Health GP Practices. Healthwoosh processes your data on its servers to and stores this data on behalf of City Pharmacy. More information on Healthwoosh privacy policy is available here.  Your data is solely used to notify you of the Covid Vaccine programme unless you opt in to receive further marketing notifications by sms or email from City Pharmacy.
